You can find GoldBug products online or at your favorite retailers, including Walmart, Target, and Amazon.

Orders

How can I check the status of my order?

It is easy to check on your order status.

  1. Look for an email confirmation with your order details.
  2. Log into your account and search your recent orders.

We provide updates at each step of the process to keep you informed.

How do I update my order?

Most updates, like a change of address or an updated quantity, are easily addressed by a member of our team.

Use our Contact Us form under Orders > Update my order. Provide the requested information along with an explanation of the updates. We will be back in touch with a confirmation as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

If you decide that you would like to cancel your order, one of our team members will be happy to help.

Use our Contact Us form under Orders > Cancel my order. Provide the requested information and we will be back in touch with a confirmation as soon as possible.

How do I apply a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you may enter it during the checkout process.

Under the Order Summary section, enter your discount code into the applicable field and click apply.

Payment & Shipping

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay,

Shipping Options

We offer standard, expedited and priority shipping options that be selected during checkout.

Free standard shipping is offered on orders that total $50 or more without tax.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are not fulfilling orders outside the United States at this time.

Returns

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer free returns on orders placed within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price excluding any shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days post receipt of the goods.

Exchanges can be made in the event you would like a different color or size.

How do I start a return?

Use our Contact Us form and select the Return option. Choose the appropriate reason for your return and provide the requested information. A member of our team will be back with you shortly with additional direction and shipping information.

What is the status of my return?

It is easy to check on your return status.

  1. Look for an email confirmation with your return details.
  2. Log into your account and search your recent order.

Please allow 5-7 business days for funds to be returned to your account after receiving your confirmation.
